Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGES

You have 14 days from the order date to request an exchange.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer (€5 for the Peninsula / €6.90 for the rest of Spain / €12 for international shipments)
The new size will be shipped after verification (3-4 business days)

Conditions:

· Items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
· Bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear.
· Include a note with your order number and full name.
· Proof of purchase is required.
· Items showing signs of use (make-up stains, odors, etc.) will not be accepted. We will be very strict regarding the condition of the garments.

Black Design reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

RETURNS

Customers have 14 days from the order date to request a return.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer:
€7.90 (Spain) / €12 (international) — deducted from the total amount
No cash refunds will be made; a gift card will be issued instead.

Conditions:

· Items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging
· Bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear
· Include a note with your order number and full name

REFUNDS

Once the items are received, their condition will be checked. If an exchange has been requested, the new size indicated by the customer will be sent. In the case of a return, a gift card will be issued for the amount corresponding to the purchase, excluding return shipping costs.

Returns: a gift card will be issued (excluding return shipping costs)

EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN POLICY

We will not accept exchanges or returns for used or damaged items (unless it is a manufacturing defect).
