I’m Alicia, founder of Black Design.

I started this project a few years ago driven by my connection to the sea and a desire to create swimwear that truly makes women feel confident in their own skin.

Black Design was born from the idea that a bikini should do more than just look good: it should fit well, feel comfortable, and empower you.

All our pieces are designed and handmade in small workshops in Barcelona, supporting local production while focusing on quality, detail, and a more conscious way of creating.

This is a project built step by step, with intention behind every piece.
