Returns and Exchanges

EXCHANGES

Exchanges for different sizes and/or products will incur a cost of €5 on the Peninsula:

  • For hygiene reasons, bikinis (tops and bottoms) cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
  • For exchanges, a home collection will be scheduled at a date and time convenient for the customer. Once the product has been received, the exchange will be processed, provided that the product is in perfect condition. The estimated time frame is 3 to 4 business days.

To make an exchange, the item must be unused and in perfect condition, just as you received it.

It is essential to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the garment has been received and inspected, we will proceed to send you your new product.

For exchanges in Spain (excluding the Peninsula), shipping costs will be €6.90.

RETURNS

Returns will incur a cost of €6.90. A home collection will be scheduled, and once the product has been received, the corresponding refund will be issued, minus the shipping costs (€6.90).

For hygiene reasons, bikinis (tops and bottoms) cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

REFUNDS

Once the items have been received, their condition will be checked. If an exchange has been requested, the new size specified by the customer will be sent. In the case of a return, a gift card will be issued for the amount corresponding to the purchase, excluding the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN POLICY

All products must be in perfect condition, just as they were when shipped.

We will not accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
